Self Adhesive Labels

Many elements go into providing customers with the most appropriate and cost effective labelling solutions for their products. We work through this process with our customers and (packaging manufacturers when required) to establish the technical requirements.

  • Printing from one colour to full colour (4 colour process) plus up to three additional spot colours is available
  • Print on the inside of the label (if required)
  • Kiss cut (if required)
  • Desensitizing (if required)
  • Finishing with either a gloss or matt varnish
  • Labels are die-cut to shape required inline
  • Supplied either as a roll or single labels in bundles

Printing directly from finished artwork files in full colour (4 colour process)

  • Minimum size 50 x 30mm – Maximum size 430 x 300mm

Ideal for short run, fast turnaround times.

Label Booklets

An innovative product we have developed specifically for the chemical and agricultural chemical industries. The Label Booklet is required in these industries as products must contain legislative requirements of MSDS, handling, mixing ratios, how to use, storage etc. The Label Booklet can be produced as either your front or rear label.

Info Pack

An innovative product we have developed specifically for the chemical and agricultural chemical industries. The Info Pack is required in these industries as products must contain legislative requirements of MSDS, handling, mixing ratios, how to use, storage etc. Can contain up to a 72 page saddle stitched booklet, plastic welded inside a self adhesive waterproof pouch.

Artwork Management & Prepress

Our preferred format for receipt of artwork files is:

  • Print ready PDF file saved at 100% with 3mm bleed in CMYK and or spot colour
  • Images need to be 300DPI at 100%
  • Artwork to be supplied at actual size 100%
  • Customers are provided with access to send large files via FTP link

We provide a digital proof for your final approval. On receipt of your approval, we produce film/plates and die-cuts ready to go to press. This department is in house for production efficiencies, quality control and also product security control.

Inventory Control & Logistics

For those customers who have high turnover products, it is highly beneficial to be assured you are not going to possibly hold up getting your next batch of product onto shelves because you have run out of labels. With Inventory Control we hold stock of your labels in our warehouse and keep you up to date with stock levels and replenishment requirements.
